Where is my order?

Oakita ® takes every care and effort to get your order to you on time and in perfect condition. In the rare instance that your order is late you will receive a telephone call advising you of the updated information. Alternatively, please check your order status by clicking on the Your orders link at the top of every page on our website. If there is a problem, your order staus will reflect this and you should check your email for messages from us describing the problem and actions to take. If your order status is 'out for delivery', your goods are en route and you can phone our customer service helpline for more detailed and up to date information - we use our own delivery drivers and we can easily contact them on your behalf.

What is your returns policy?

Like other large, reputable companies, Oakita ® has a returns procedure which you should refer to in the event that you wish to return your goods. Please read our terms and conditions and contact us via our Returns Authorisation Request form . We will then contact you to make suitable arrangements. Please do not just send your goods back unsolicited - they can not be accepted and you stand to incur a return postage fee. The 'Returns Authorisation Request form' is designed to ensure that you are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner by the correct department.

How do I contact Oakita?

We are always glad to speak with our customers, whatever the reason. If we have done something wrong - we would like to know about it and put it right. We have a well earned reputation for excellent quality and service and would like to hold onto it! Customers contact us for a number of reasons (rarely to complain!), and we have a number of forums through which you may express your opinion or avenues available to speak to a member of our dedicated Customer Support Team.

What do you mean by 'Promotion'?

We like to offer value for money and as such provide two types of sales that give you discounted items at the same great quality. We, like you, shop around for the best deals available, and from time to time, are able to offer items at a special price because we have been able to negotiate a reduced rate with the manufacturer. You will find these item in our 'Special Offers' section. The second way in which we pass savings onto our customers is through our 'End of Season' clearance sales. When stock of a particular item becomes low, or we decide to change to a different range of products, we temporarily reduce some items. All reduced items are in perfect condition unless otherwise stated.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do. We actively encourage our customers to pay us a visit. Our Oak furniture sells best when customers can see it for themselves. Websites are an important part of our business but seeing the texture and grain of the wood along with the quality of the joinery up close leaves nothing to the imagination - you can physically see what you're buying and there is no real substitute for that experience. There is a map on our 'Contact Us' page showing where we are located, so please feel free to drop in and see our products for yourself. For weekday viewings and to view a specific product please give us a call first so that we can ensure that we are in stock and the right person is on hand to answer any questions that you may have. We are open every Saturday 10am - 5pm apart from Christmas - no appointment necessary.

Where can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?

When you make a purchase with Oakita ® you will automatically receive an order confirmation email from us. This email will contain a link to your newly created account where you may obtain a receipt/invoice. If for some reason you have not got access to your email inbox or if the email has been accidently deleted, you may log into your account from our website and get your copy simply by clicking on the Your Orders link at the top of every page on our website and signing in.
