To request a delivery date means you will immediately enter our delivery planning, and no delivery happens without us making contact by phone or email. In the odd circumstance if we have simply left a message we may attempt delivery...

In the odd circumstance if we have simply left a message we may attempt delivery anyway because our vehicle is so close, but normally it doesn't cause offence. If the customer is out, we simply return with the furniture another day, but on this occasion delivery was successful.|
I hope you can reconsider your overall rating due to delivery being only one aspect of it, and I am guessing you are pleased with the product and value.

Delivered the wrong furniture denied ever having the table we ordered, on a visit to the showroom we found out they could not source the stock so sent us another one to try and fulfil the order rather than offer a refund. Our friends also bought at the show and took 3 times as long to receive the order but did get the right furniture but not the whole order and did eventually get a refund on the item outstanding. Product is good but not worth the hassle. If I could close no stars I would.||

There are minor design changes from time time and this may be a factor. Sadly for us if we sold lots a particular event, and there were some delays in fulfilling all sales from stock immediately the customers who bought later in the event wait a little longer. In this instance all customers have the option of waiting a little longer, often with compensation, or having a refund.|
Please rest assured we improve all the time, and this type of event is very rare.
