Who are Oakita?
We are a family run furniture company that sells high quality rattan garden furniture and solid oak indoor furniture online as well as from our showroom. Established in 2003 we are proud members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

Can I buy online?
Yes! Just find the furniture you wish to buy on our easily navigable website and add it to your shopping basket. When you're ready to finalise your purchase with us, check out and pay securely either by PayPal or by using your debit or credit card. Is your site secure?

Can I view before I buy?
Yes! Our showroom is based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and is open 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week. We sell all of our rattan garden furniture, oak dining sets and occasional furniture from stock and you can either arrange delivery or take away on the day. Can I buy direct?
Yes! Our showroom is based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and so are our warehouses. We are happy for you to visit our showroom and take away your furniture on the day of purchase. Please telephone 01525 373999 prior to making your journey to check stock availability.

What about delivery?
We delivery FREE of charge to all our customers throughout Mainland UK. We do not use couriers or pallet services - Oakita has its own dedicated delivery team. As soon as we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window. If for any reason you need to change your delivery time please contact our Customer Service Team on 01525 373 999 between 10am and 5pm, Monday - Sunday.

Do you offer a Guarantee?

Where is my order?
Oakita takes every care and effort to get your order to you on time and in perfect condition. We deliver throughout the whole of the Mainland UK and organise our deliveries together by region to be as enviromentally friendly as possible. You can check the status of your order at anytime by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page on our website. On your pre-arranged delivery day you can telephone our customer service helpline for more specific detailed and up to date information on 01525 373 999.

What about returns?
As with all reputable companies we have a structured yet simple procedure which you should refer to in the event that you wish to return your goods. For our full Terms and Conditions and to contact us via our Returns Authorisation Request (RAR) form please Click Here . Upon receipt of a return request we will contact you to discuss your return and make any suitable arrangements. Please do not return your goods without making prior contact via the RAR form - we cannot accept unsolicited returns and they may incur a return postage fee by your carrier. The Returns Authorisation Request form is designed to ensure that returns are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner by the correct department.
